Contentsquare announced a $42 million Series B round led by Canaan, with participation from Highland Europe, Eurazeo, and H14. TechCrunch reported the company would use the capital to grow in the U.S. and globally.

Contentsquare raised a $60 million Series C round led by Eurazeo, with participation from existing investors Canaan, Highland Europe, and H14. The company said the capital would support AI and predictive analytics R&D and further geographic expansion.

Contentsquare closed a $190 million Series D round led by BlackRock’s Private Equity Partners, bringing total funding to $310 million. TechCrunch reported the new capital would support continued product investment and expansion.

Contentsquare acquired Dareboost, a web performance monitoring company, and launched Find & Fix. The company described the product as combining performance monitoring, error reporting, and impact quantification to help teams identify revenue-killing technical issues.

Contentsquare announced a $500 million Series E round led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with the company saying the round brought total funding to $810 million and valued it at $2.8 billion. The release also noted Michel Combes would join the board.

Contentsquare acquired Upstride, a Paris-based deep-learning company. The company said the acquisition would strengthen its AI capabilities and bring Upstride’s engineers into its Paris product hub.

Contentsquare announced the acquisition of Hotjar, the product experience insights platform. The companies said the deal would let them serve the market end-to-end across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.

Contentsquare closed a $600 million growth investment round, including $400 million in Series F equity and $200 million in debt financing. The company said the round brought total funding to $1.4 billion and that valuation had doubled to $5.6 billion since the prior round.
